Can You See the Damage?

SERVPRO of Southern Worcester County was called to a home that had experienced extensive flood damage in their flooring due to a recent rainstorm. When our crews arrived, there did not seem to be any damage. After surveying the home, our crews noticed something peculiar about the wood flooring the living room. Not only was there a musky smell fermenting around the room, but whenever they walked on the flooring, it made a "squishing" sound. Once this was detected, our crews used our advanced moisture detection equipment and it read "100%." Without hesitation, our crews immediately began the extraction and containment process. Thankfully, no mold growth had begun and we were able to make the disaster, "Like it never even happened."
